About
The Start Line Run Squad is a Brisbane run squad lead by Coach Nicky, a Level 2 accredited Athletics Australia run coach. Start Line offers safe run squad sessions in a supportive squad environment.
Coach Nicky also offers school based programs to prepare your junior athletes for the cross country and track seasons.
Start Line Run Squad perfect for runners just beginning, or anyone looking to test their fitness limits, and reach their racing goals, in a fun and supportive squad environment.
Coach Nicky has worked hard to gain Level 1 Athletics and Level 2 Recreational Running coaching accreditation and is often running marathon and half marathon races all over Queensland. I know that sometimes the hardest part about achieving your running goals is getting to that start line, and we love nothing more than helping runners achieve their run goals from start line to finish line.

The Start Line is our 8 week learn to run program that will give you all the skills and confidence you need to run your first 5km comfortably.
You will get a customised 8 week program and 3 run sessions per week with an Athletics Australia accredited coach.

twice a year. Only 8 weeks to reach your running goals and be race ready for summer.

The Run Squad consists of 2 sessions per week with an accredited Athletics Australia run coach.
You only pay for the sessions you want to attend, it's up to you. Each session is specially tailored to cater for all levels...no runner is left behind!

Run Right is a running specific group training session that will help improve your running technique, form, strength, mobility and flexibility.
This weekly session takes you through foundation running drills, running core and hip stability, strength and conditioning and stretching activities.
